About RJ Montgomery
RJ Montgomery is a writer, illustrator, and crafter who released her debut book The Crocheting Witch in 2021. She graduated from Oakland University with an MA in English Literature and the University of New Haven with a BA in English and Art. She has completed a couple of unpublished novels, including the first installment of an epic fantasy trilogy, and is published in The Elm City Review and Rise of the Dead: An Earth-Shattering Anthology of Zombie Terror. She’s also conducted research for Shit Politicians Say by Jesse Ventura and Everything I Need To Know About Donald Trump, I Learned from Twitter. She served as an editor at Film Daily and a contributing writer at Metal Temple. She currently lives in Michigan with her husband, three cats, and an ever-expanding garden of herbs and house plants.
